Acceptable Use Policy – Updated November 2024
To provide our FUN Services to our members and to keep our systems running smoothly, quickly, and without interruption, we need to ensure that our members do not misuse or abuse our Service. This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) describes Free Universal Network’s (“FUN”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) definition of what constitutes “misuse” or “abuse” and what sorts of activities are allowed or prohibited on our websites and mobile applications, collectively, (“Services”). We reserve the right to remove content inconsistent with this policy and suspend the account of any member who violates this policy at our sole discretion. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Acceptable Use Policy have the meanings assigned to them in our Terms of Service. Free Universal Network is a duly registered LLC in the state of Wyoming in the USA.
1) Compliance With Laws And Regulations:
You are responsible for using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and this Policy.
2) Conduct Restrictions:
While using the Service, under no circumstances can you upload, share, submit, transmit, or otherwise provide any content that:
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or incite violence towards any individual or group, including our employees, officers, agents, or other members,
- Use our servers for any form of excessive automated bulk activity (for example, spamming or cryptocurrency mining) or,
- To place an undue burden on our servers through automated means or to relay any form of unsolicited advertising or solicitation through our servers,
- Use our servers to disrupt or to attempt to disrupt, or to gain or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any service, device, data, account, or network,
- Solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 16,
- Submit to FUN personal data relating to third parties without the consent of such third parties,
- Impersonate any person or entity, including any of our employees or representatives,
- By fraudulently misrepresenting your identity or through false association with FUN, or
- Violate the privacy of any third party, such as by sharing another person’s personal information without consent.
3) Service Integrity:
You may not do anything to violate the integrity of the Service, including:
- Attempting to bypass, exploit, defeat, or turn off limitations or restrictions placed on the Service.
- Finding security vulnerabilities to exploit the Service or attempting to bypass any security mechanism or filtering capabilities.
- Any denial of Service (DoS) attack on the Service or any other conduct that attempts to disrupt, disable, or overload the Service.
- Transmitting code, files, scripts, agents, or programs intended to harm, including viruses or malware, or using automated means, such as bots, to gain access to or use the Service; or,
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
4) Scraping Restrictions:
Scraping means extracting data from our Service via an automated bot or web crawler process. You may not scrape the Service for any purpose, including selling personal data to recruiters, headhunters, and job boards.
5) Commercial Activity:
As a member, we approve that you may use the FUN virtual business card service as part of your business by sharing your contact information with potential members and other business contacts. If you intend to use the service as your main business webpage and we find that you are attracting an unusually high volume of traffic or traffic that does not align with the service’s intended purpose, you must subscribe to the virtual business card service, which requires a one-time payment of $25.
6) Spam And Inauthentic Activity:
Automated excessive bulk activity and coordinated inauthentic activity, such as spamming, are prohibited on the Service. Prohibited activities include:
- Our terms and policies prohibit bulk distribution of promotions and advertising.
- Inauthentic interactions, such as fake accounts and automated inauthentic activity.
- Creation of or participation in secondary markets for the proliferation of inauthentic activity.
- Using the Service as a platform for propagating abuse on other platforms or,
- Phishing or attempted phishing.
We may limit the texts and emails sent from our phone number and email address to prevent spam when sharing your virtual business card or promotion page.
7) Member Protection:
You must not engage in activity that significantly harms other members. We will resolve disputes in favor of protecting our member database.
8) Free Universal Network Programs:
You can order a subscription to any of our services at $25. This action will activate a position in the RICH matrix. If you order one single Subscription, this will be your only expense. A subscription-based matrix position will be extended once the active matrix position has been completed, and a bonus matrix position has been activated. This renewal could occur after varying intervals, such as a week, a month, a year, or even longer.
9) Compensation Plan:
The Free Universal Network compensation plan has been named RICH, an acronym for ‘Recurring Income Creates Happiness‘, which conforms to our vision. Every member must achieve financial independence; recurring income will create this happy status. The RICH compensation plan is built on four pillars:

- Grid Plan,
- Referral Plan,
- MAD Plan.

10) Changes To Our Acceptable Use Policy:
We encourage you to review this Acceptable Use Policy periodically. We may update this Policy from time to time. If we decide to change this Policy, we will post those changes on this page with an “effective date” indicating when the changes will take effect.
